In the 74 luxury villa concept guest rooms within the 286-room project, a General Room Management System (GRMS) has been implemented, allowing guests to monitor and control their rooms via their mobile devices. A compatible socket frame series has been used in the rooms, which is compatible with automation control panels. The features included under GRMS are:
